Freezer Fitness, nestled behind the Mildmay Cheese Haus on Mildmay’s main street, is a place of wellbeing and health that started with a group of friends looking to find a place to work out.

SOUTH BRUCE, ON – Council formally received the results of the South Bruce referendum, at a special meeting on November 12, 2024. Fifty-one per cent of votes were cast in favour of the Municipality of South Bruce declaring itself a willing host for the Nuclear Waste Management Organization’s proposed Deep Geological Repository (DGR).
