PUBLIC NOTICE - High Potential of Flooding due to potential failure of the Adam Street Dam

PUBLIC NOTICE
Residents are warned to stay away from the banks of Otter Creek in Mildmay between Adam Street and
downstream immediately. There is a high potential risk of flooding which could create hazardous
conditions near waterways due to the potential failure of the dam on Adam Street, in Mildmay.
The Municipality is monitoring the situation and updates will be placed on the Municipality’s web
site www.southbruce.ca and social media platforms, as the situation evolves. Saugeen Valley
Conservation Authority has been notified and is also monitoring the situation.
Please stay away from all watercourses in the Mildmay Area at this time including parks and trails.
