UPDATE: Unfortunately the Teeswater Culross Pool will continue to remain closed due to unforeseen equipment replacement. It is ordered and will be installed ASAP to be able to re-open the pool. We encourage residents and season pass holders to use the Mildmay-Carrick pool. Stay tuned for additional information for potential substitute programming. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Since 2012, the Municipality of South Bruce has been learning more about Canada’s plan for the long-term management of used nuclear fuel, which is the responsibility of the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO). The plan, named Adaptive Phased Management, requires the used fuel to be safely and securely contained and isolated from people and the environment in a deep geological repository in a suitable rock formation.
