Currently, there are vacant seats on the Property Standards Committee. The Municipality of South Bruce Council is seeking interested individuals to participate and fill the vacancies. This Committee considers appeals to property standard orders issued by the by-law enforcement officer.
Responsibilities of the committee are to hear appeals and may include confirmation, modification, or rescinding of an order to demolish or repair and/or extend the time for compliance of said property.

Building Permit Fee Review
The Building Department is reviewing their current permit fees to have them increased for the 2023 building season. The Current permit fees have been in place and have not been updated since 2015.
