Intent to dispose of Surplus Municipal Lands

Pursuant to the Municipality of South Bruce By-law 2021-88, Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of South Bruce Council, at its regular Council meeting held on July 11, 2023, declared Municipal lands to be surplus and now intends to dispose of the said lands through MLS listing, as authorized by By-law 2021-88, described as:

AFFECTED PROPERTY

2 Janet Street, Teeswater, ON LT 65 S/S TEESWATER RIVER PL 16; SOUTH BRUCE; being all of PIN 33222-0274 (LT)
