Intent to dispose of Surplus Municipal Lands

 Pursuant to the Municipality of South Bruce By-law 2021-88, Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of South Bruce Council at its regular Council meeting held on March 22, 2022 declared Municipal lands to be surplus;

AND FURTHER THAT Council intends to dispose of those surplus lands by way of negotiations/private sale in accordance with By-law 2021-88.

AFFECTED PROPERTY

a small strip of land approximately 2250 sq ft. from property known as PT LT 17-19 PL 48; PT LT 20, 24-30 PL 48; PT LT 26 CON C CARRICK; PT PARKLT 1 PL 48 and as further identified by a sketch located at the municipal office and further defined by a land survey.
