South Bruce Recreation Master Plan

The Municipality of South Bruce has engaged Tract Consulting Inc. to undertake a Recreation Master Plan. This plan will guide the development and provision of future recreation and cultural programs, activities, and facilities in our community for the next 10 years (2022-2032).

Key to the success of the master plan is participation and input of all residents and stakeholders, such as service clubs and sports groups, who offer programs and activities in the community. Tract will need to obtain a clear picture of what exists in the municipality, what are the gaps and opportunities, and what are your concerns, needs, and priorities. Tract will therefore engage the community to gain your perspective on current and future recreation needs.

An online survey seeking your opinions will be available on Switchboard (www.southbruceswitchboard.ca) later this month - stay tuned!

Additionally, the consultants will ask all stakeholders to complete a questionnaire and will meet with stakeholder groups via Zoom the week of October 12-15th. An invitation and link to the online questionnaire has been sent to stakeholder groups.
