Before and After School Care Programs

Submit an Application Form

The first step in registering for the Before and After School Program is to complete and submit an Application Form. When completing the registration form, be sure to fill out the days/times that your child will require care. Forms can be submitted via email or in person at the Municipal Administration Office. Please note that photos of application forms will not be accepted. 

Before and After School Program Application Form Teeswater 

Applications for the Before and After School Program (2025/2026 school year and ongoing) will be accepted starting January 6^th, 2025. Please note that annual application periods will no longer be in effect. Moving forward, applications will be accepted on a regular basis for future school years.

Application Forms are Reviewed

Application forms will be reviewed and assessed based on the priority list as outlined in the Parent Handbook. 

Notification of Enrollment

Families applying for the Before and After School Program in Teeswater will be notified of their status within 2 business days of submitting an application.

Additional Forms

Once accepted into the Before and After School Program, additional forms must be filled out prior to the first day. Parents will meet with the Recreation Programmer to complete the forms and to review the Parent Handbook. 

First Payment

The first invoice for Before and After School Program will be sent via mail in August. Payments must be made before the first day of program. More information on the Payment Process can be found in the Parent Handbook and on the Payment Schedule.
